These terms witch defined in this Privacy Policy shall continue, unless otherwise defined. The meaning given to them in the Qlickcollect Service Terms and conditions.

Your privacy is important to us. The privacy policy is an integral part of the terms and conditions, explains how information (both PII and non-PII as defined below) is collected, used and disclosed by us for protecting your privacy, while using the Service. We would like to ensure you of relevant data protection issues, we request that you carefully read this Privacy Policy before accessing or using the Qlickcollect Service. You understand and agree that using the Service or any part of the service you have read this Privacy Policy, accept it and agree to conduct by its terms.

(“Non-PII). PII is information that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, or company name. We collect PII with relation to your accessing and/or using the Service and/or part or feature thereof as appropriate to provide you with quality service. Non-PII is collected primarily to enhance our services, enable us personalize your user experience, manage and target advertisements and perform market research analysis.

We collect your accounting details, only to create invoices and let the system perform an effective collection work flow for each invoice. We also collect information about your contacts payment behavior. Other information is collected automatically through our systems, including through cookies.

You understand and agree that for the purposes described above, your PII may be transferred by us to territories outside the country in which you reside, and that our servers, where yours PII may be stored or processed are located in different jurisdictions world-wide. You understand and agree that such jurisdictions may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you reside.

COOKIES

You understand and agree that in order to improve your experience using the Service, our web pages may place in your computer’s browser ‘cookies’, which are text files that store the IP address of Your computer and this way enable tracking your preferences by showing which websites you visit. UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Service and visiting your account profile page. You may also send us an e-mail to support@qlickcollect.com and request to correct or delete any PII that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your PII except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

LINKS TO 3RD PARTY SITES; 3RD PARTY INTEGRATION

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by us in accordance with this policy.

The Service may include links or API integration to third party websites. This Privacy Policy does not cover any data collection or processing by such third party websites. We have no control over and are not responsible for the information that is submitted to or collected and processed by such third party websites. You understand and agree that in such cases you have to read carefully the privacy policies and the terms of use or service of such websites.

SECURITY

No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you agree and understand that any information that you transfer to us while using the service, done at your own risk.

Any and all rWITH USequests, complaints and other communications you wish or are required to provide us with relation to this Privacy Policy and/or any data protection issue, should be delivered via e-mail address support@qlickcollect.com, to our data protection unit. The data protection unit will examine and handle data access requests and complaints on our behalf.

WARRANTY

Any information you provide to us using the service, use of or registration or otherwise, must be accurate and truthful.

ASSIGNMENT

Any information collected by us and by any other acting on our behalf, and all communications and information transmitted, received and/or contained in our information systems, is our property. You understand and agree that in the event that we sell or transfer any of our business assets, including through merger or acquisition, this may include the sale or transfer to the acquiring party of such property, which may include your PII.
